Authorities say a Maines Paper and Food Service employee has been accused of causing $1,000 in damage at the company's offices in Conklin.

State police say 40-year-old Ronald Seeley Jr. of Kirkwood was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Investigators say Seeley is believed to have thrown a rock at a window at the Maines Paper facility on Broome Corporate Parkway.

Police say the window shattered after it was hit by the rock.

Seeley was arraigned in Conklin town court and sent to Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail.
