Lookout for Lottery Thief

Binghamton Police are looking  for a suspect in the theft of lottery tickets from a convenience store. Authorities say shortly before 5 this morning, a black man, standing 5'8", in his 40s, and sporting a stubbley beard, grabbed the tickets near the cash register at the Manley's  Mighty Mart on Clinton Street.  The man was last seen in the area of Thrope and Edwards Street. He was wearing a maroon sweatshirt and dark pants. Anyone with information should contact Binghamton police.
