Loaded Gun Pointed at Sayre Police

A 62 year old man is accused of pointing a gun at Sayre, Pennsylvania Police and another person in what has been described as a case of road rage.

Officials say the incident December 28 happened on Pennsylvania Avenue in South Waverly.

John Grattolino is charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

He was sent to the Bradford County Jail on $60,000 bail.

There were no injuries reported.
