A Lisle man will be sentenced in January after being found guilty of felony counts for sexually preying on a child, beginning when she was five years old.

31 year old Nicholas May faces ten years to life in prison for his convictions on predatory sexual assault against a child and course of sexual conduct against a child charges.

The Broome County Jury spent less than two days wading through testimony, much of which came from accounts given to the authorities by the little girl, who is now 11.

May was accused of having sexual contact with the child beginning in April of 2012.  He was arrested last October after the child began confiding in friends and school counselors.  Authorities say there had been several incidents between 2012 and 1015 and two more incidents between the summer of 2015 and last October.
