Binghamton area residents are being asked to put non-perishable food at their mailboxes Saturday, May 14 to be collected for the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse.

US Postal Letter Carriers nationwide are conducting their annual food drive with donations locally going to the CHOW program.

Residents should put non-perishable food donations in non-glass containers in bags next to their mail boxes for their mail carrier to collect on Saturday.

CHOW will be picking up the donations at Binghamton’s main post office on Henry Street.
