Lengthy Investigation Leads to North Norwich Man’s Arrest

Chenango county Sheriff’s officials say a North Norwich man is accused of possessing several packets of methamphetamine.

53 year old Thomas Manwarren was arrested July 6 following a lengthy investigation into the sale and possession of methamphetamine in Chenango County.

Manwarren is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $50,000.
