City Police say the U.S. Marshal Task Force took 34 year old John Orange into custody while Binghamton Police executed a search warrant and recovered evidence at the Liberty Street home where he was staying that linked him to the knife-point robbery of the Kwik Fill store on June 5th.

No one was injured in the robbery.

Orange was sent to the Broome County Jail after being arraigned on felony robbery and fugitive from justice charges.
