Police at the scene of a 2015 fatal shooting on Chenango Street. [Bob Joseph/WNBF News][/caption]The Jury hearing arguments in the fatal shooting of a Binghamton man outside the Antler Lodge social club in Binghamton in 2015 is expected to start deliberating the fate of 32 year old Joshua Taylor.

The Binghamton man is accused of shooting 33 year old James High shortly before 12:30 a-m July 24th.

If convicted of murder and criminal possession of a weapon, Taylor could face up to life in prison.

Prosecutors say there had been a dispute over money prior to High being shot with a .45 caliber handgun.  High later died at an area hospital.

Taylor did not testify at his trial.
