Johnson City Road Rage

Johnson City Police are charging a City of Binghamton man with felony criminal mischief following what they say was a road rage incident.

Authorities say 51 year old Anthony Decarli allegedly got out of his vehicle on the Exit 71 ramp from Route 17 and began punching and kicking another vehicle that was also stopped on the ramp, causing damage.

Police later contacted Decarli, who came to the police station where he was charged with both felony and misdemeanor criminal mischief.
