Johnson City Police Look For Two Convicted Sex Offenders

Village of Johnson City Police are looking for two men whom they say failed to update their residence information with authorities as registered sex offenders.

Police say 33 year old Joel Rought and 63 year old James Howey are to be charged with failure to comply with the New York State Sex Offender Registration Act.

Authorities say it’s a first offense for Rought and a second offense for Howey.
