Johnson City Police say a Village man is charged with felony driving while intoxicated since he had a previous DWI conviction in the past ten years, when he was pulled over for running a red light at 8:20 p.m. November 23 at Main and Allen Streets.

Police say 45 year old Jason Vymislicky was additionally seen crossing over the pavement markings before he was pulled over.

Authorities say Vymislicky was believed to be intoxicated as was given field sobriety tests.

In addition to felony DWI, Vymislicky is also charged with passing a red light and driving across hazard markings.

He’s been ordered to appear in Village of Johnson City Court in December.
