Johnson City Man Charged with Burglary

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Police say a man faces a felony burglary count following an incident at the Walmart store in Johnson City.

Authorities say 29-year-old John Pilipovic of Johnson City was arrested Wednesday morning.

Investigators say security employees at the store on Gannett Drive told police a man had stolen items from the business.

Pilipovic was located and he allegedly had the items in question.

Police say Pilipovic had previously been banned from Walmart property. He was arraigned in village court and sent to Broome County Jail.
