Johnson City Police have arrested a 38 year old village man in connection with the November 12th and 16th robberies at the CVS Pharmacy on Main Street.

Police say a tip from a citizen led to the arrest of Brittain Purcelle.

Investigators say they believe Purcelle is the man who entered the pharmacy shortly after 8:30 p.m. on the 12 and indicated he had a weapon in his pocket.

Police accuse Purcelle of robbing the same store at knife-point four days later shortly after 7:30 p.m.

Purcelle is charged with two felony robbery counts and was sent to the Broome County Correctional Facility.
