A Johnson City man is charged with drunk driving after Broome County Sheriff’s officials responded to a crash on Oakdale Road at 11:37 p.m. October 12.

Officials say the vehicle had hit a guiderail and a New York State Electric and Gas utility pole before overturning.

37 year old Jeffrey Solomon got himself out of the vehicle uninjured.

He’s charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of the motor vehicle since authorities found his license was suspended and expired, driving with a suspended license, unlicensed operator and moving from a lane unsafely.
