A 41-year-old Broome County man wanted on felony warrants in three other states was taken into custody at a Johnson City fast-food restaurtant.

Authorities say David Joslin was apprehended by members of the U.S. Marshal's Regional Fugitive Task Force.

An investigator told WNBF News Joslin was wanted for robbery in California, theft in Utah and burglary in New Jersey.

Joslin was taken into custody without incident Wednesday morning. He was arraigned in town of Union court and sent to Broome County Jail to await extradition proceedings.

Police believe Joslin had been living in Johnson City for several months.

The Southern Tier Fugitive Task Force is comprised of investigators from the United States Marshal's Service, the New York State Police, the Broome County Sheriff's Office and the Binghamton Police Department.
