Johnson City Man Arrested After Dispute

A Johnson City man was sent to Broome County Jail following a reported physical domestic dispute.

Authorities say 33-year-old Christopher Mordan was charged with felony criminal contempt after the incident with his wife.

Police say Mordan also faces harassment and marijuana possession charges.

Officials say Mordan violated an order of protection that had been issued by Johnson City village court.

Mordan was arraigned in village court and remanded to the jail.
