Johnson City Man Accused Of Threatening Man With Knife

Johnson City police say a man wielded a razor knife as he chased someone down a village street.

Investigators say 56-year-old Roger Joyner of Johnson City has been charged with felony weapon possession and evidence tampering. He also faces a count of misdemeanor menacing.

Police say Joyner was accused of running after a man on Farr Avenue while armed with the knife.

Joyner was arraigned in Johnson City village court and sent to Broome County Jail.
