Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Johnson City police say a 68-year-old man was sent to jail after he allegedly punched a vehicle outside a village shopping center.

Authorities say William Kellam of Johnson City was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was arrested on Tuesday.

Investigators say police had received a report of a domestic dispute in the parking lot at 47 Riverside Drive.

During the incident, Kellam is said to have punched the hood of the car, causing damage to the vehicle.

Kellam was arraigned in Johnson City village court and ordered held in Broome County Jail.
