A Johnson City day care operator is accused of having cocaine at her home within reach of the children she was babysitting.

33-year-old Theresa Sunderland was arrested yesterday by members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force during the execution of a no-knock search warrant at her home, which also serves as Mother Theresa's Daycare on Bernice Street.

Police say they found five ounces of both powder and crack cocaine worth about 14-thousand dollars on the street, 225 dollars cash and a digital scale.

Sunderland was charged with felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Sunderland was babysitting a two year old child when the search warrant was executed.

Police also say that Child Protective Services were notified.
