A Johnson City man is accused of having crack cocaine at his Main Street home, packaged and ready for sale.

Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say 36 year old Berhmann Mystal was on parole and a violation of parole warrant was also issued.

He’s charged with three felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

32 year old Tisnique Lewis was also arrested and charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities say in addition to recovering the crack cocaine, they confiscated about $1,800 in suspected drug proceeds.

Both Mystal and Lewis were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
