A Jefferson County, New York man is accused of driving in Cortland County with a blood alcohol level at more than three times the legal limit.

New York State Police say 29 year old Christian Bryant of Henderson was arrested after he reportedly hit a guiderail on Interstate 81 in Homer September 30 and then drove off.

Troopers say Bryant was subsequently located, still driving erratically, by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation officers and turned over to the state police.

Bryant is charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content result of .26%, leaving the scene of an accident and moving from a lane unsafely.

Bryant was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $750 bail.
