Investigation Continues Into Chenango County Woman’s Death

Officials with the Chenango County Sheriff's Office say they are not giving up on finding out what lead to the death of a New Berlin woman who had been reported missing December 11th.

The body of Jennifer Ramsaran was found February 26th on Center Road in the Town of Pharsalia.

The sheriff's office is still waiting for the results of an autopsy being performed by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner's Office.

Anyone with information about the woman's disappearance or death, or may have seen Ramsara's orange, 2006 Chrysler Town and Country mini van December 11th is asked to call the Chenango County Sheriff at (607) 337-1924.

The woman had told her husband December 11th that she was going to Syracuse to shop at the Destiny USA mall and was not heard from again.

Her cell phone was found a short time later and her mini van was found days after she disappeared.
