Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Just in time for the warm weather, Broome County officials are highlighting some improvements to one of the regions most popular golf courses.

County Executive Debra Preston says it’s important to not only keep En-Joie Golf Course up to pro standards for the annual Dick’s Sporting Goods Open but for the general golfing public as well.

Over the past few years, food and beverage operations have changed hands and the county has made upgrades to the course, pro shop, men’s locker room and dining area.

Preston says it’s hoped the improvements will help draw people from outside the area as well to Broome County.
