The utility's website Tuesday morning reported 322 customers in Tioga County were without electricity. Most of the affected customers were in the Newark Valley area.

About ten customers in Broome County had no electricity, according to the website.

97 Chenango County customers and 81 Delaware County customers also were without power.

NYSEG was dealing with more widespread power problems in other counties in its upstate service territory.
