An Endicott man is accused of having 622 bags of heroin and other drugs at his apartment on North Street.

Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant at the home of 51 year old Dennis Scrubbs September 2 and found Suboxone, powder cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana and $3,784 in suspected drug sales proceeds in addition to the heroin.

Scrubbs was taken into custody without incident.

He is being charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia and an unlawful possession of marijuana violation.
