A jam-packed banquet room was the site for tonight's (Tuesday's) Meet the Rumble Ponies Dinner at the Holiday Inn Downtown.  Hundreds turned out to meet the new team members, get autographs, enjoy dinner and talk baseball.  The attendance was amplified with the Rumble Ponies' star attraction Tim Tebow on hand to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Tebow has been making headlines in Binghamton since early last week when it was announced that he was being assigned to the Rumble Ponies to start the season.  Tebow went through team workouts earlier in the day, met with members of the  media in mid-afternoon and then posed for pictures and signed autographs for the hundreds of fans who turned out to see him at the dinner.

The Rumble Ponies open their season at home on Thursday night at 6:35 when they host the Portland Sea Dogs.  The game will also be broadcast on News Radio 1290 WNBF with Tim Heiman and Jonny Wincott.  Air is set for 6:20 PM.
