Hotel Worker Accused of Forcing Sexual Contact

New York State Police say an employee at the Holiday Inn in the Town of Oneonta is accused of having unwanted sexual contact with an adult victim at the hotel on State Route 23 September 11.

25 year old Ian Kosciusko is charged with sexual abuse.  He was sent to the Otsego County Jail on $2,500 bail.

Authorities say an order of protection was issued by the  Town of Owego Court against Kosciusko.
