Horizons Bearcats Hoop Talk America East Tournament Preview Tonight

Tonight's Horizon Bearcats Hoop Talk will feature both BU head basketball coaches, Nicole Scholl and Tommy Dempsey at the River Bistro at 7:00 PM (News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Tim Heiman and Roger Neel co-host as they review the close of the regular season and preview this weekend's America East Tournament in Albany.

Binghamton's women's team defeated UMBC to end the regular season on a winning note Saturday while the BU men lost at UMBC yesterday.  The Bearcats' women will open AE post-season play facing the Hartford Hawks at Noon on Friday.  BU and Hartford split their two regular season meetings.

The Bearcats men's team faces the regular season champion Stony Brook Seawolves in opening round action.  The two meet at 6 PM Saturday.  The Seawolves swept both regular season games against Binghamton. Both the women's and men's quarterfinal and semi-final rounds are being held at the University at Albany's SEFCU Arena.
