Home & Garden Show at the Events Center

The two-day Home & Garden Show was held this weekend at the Events Center on campus at Binghamton University.  Most of the vendors that WNBF News spoke with said they had a good weekend with new or potential business gained from contacts made at the show.

Over 170 businesses participated over the two days.  The annual event is organized by the Southern Tier Home Builders and Remodelers Association.

Those who attended were able to obtain information and make business contacts in a number of different aspects of home ownership.  Builders and remodelers were on hand to discuss home improvement projects.  Financial institutions talked about paying for home purchases, kitchen and bathroom renovations, appliances and much more.
