A Binghamton man  is facing a felony charge after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say they found a large amount of heroin, a scale used to weigh narcotics and some marijuana at a Lousia Street home.

Officials say 45 year old Stefan Mills is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after 130 bags of heroin were taken from his residence.

Mills is also charged with misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia and a violation count of unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
