A man faces nine felony drug and weapon counts after police searched a single-family Binghamton home.

Authorities say 44-year-old Marvin Smith was arrested Friday when investigators executed a search warrant at 77 Mary Street on the city's South Side.

Police say they found fentanyl, heroin and cocaine in the residence. They also located a stolen 9mm handgun and ammunition, along with illegally possessed prescription pills.

Investigators say they confiscated $1,766 in suspected drug sale proceeds.

Smith was charged with six felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He also was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Smith was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and sent to Broome County Jail.
