Authorities say 38-year-old Rolando Kennedy of Endicott was taken into custody as a result of an investigation.

A search warrant was executed by New York State Police at 1401 Pine Street Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators say 25 grams of heroin, 48 grams of crack cocaine and some marijuana were seized in the raid. More than $2,000 in cash also was confiscated.

Police say Kennedy was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

Kennedy was arraigned and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.

Police say the search warrant was executed after a lengthy investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the Endicott area.
