Two Binghamton residents are facing drug charges following a search of a home on Hawley Street in the City.

Members of the Broome Special Investigations Unit Task force searched the residence and confiscated 2.9 grams of powder heroin, a small amount of marijuana, $1,500 in suspected drug sale proceeds and a digital scale.

28 year old Jermaine Cheeseboro and 24 year old Amanda Starks are charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.

Cheeseboro is also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
