Harpursville Man Hurt In Windsor Car Crash

A 26-year-old Broome County man was seriously injured when the car he was driving crashed into a concrete culvert in the town of Windsor.

Authorities say Justin Mullen of Harpursville was trapped in the vehicle after it went off the roadway at the intersection of North and Dodd roads.

Firefighters used a hydraulic tool to extricate Mullen from the wrecked car.

State police say Mullen was taken to Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City for treatment of multiple injuries.

Investigators say Mullen was charged with driving while intoxicated.
