Harpursville Man Arrested for Drunk Driving in Dickinson

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a Harpursville man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at more than three times the legal limit.

Deputies say they pulled 45 year old Eric Bunker over for a traffic infraction May 3 in the area of Old Front Street in the Town of Dickinson and said he showed signs of intoxication.

Officials say Bunker’s breath test showed a blood alcohol content of .26%.

He’s charged with failing to signal, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle, aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated.
