Hancock Man Accused of Stealing Firewood

A 45-year-old Delaware County man has been arrested for allegedly unlawfully removing logs and firewood from two properties.

Authorities say Christopher Wormuth of Hancock was charged with grand larceny and petit larceny.

According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, Wormuth was arrested Friday night. He is scheduled to appear in Hancock town court to answer the charges.
