The 43rd Annual Grecian Festival is underway.  The Festival began today at noon and continues this (Thursday) evening until 10 PM.  Hours on Friday and Saturday are also from noon - 10 PM and on Sunday from noon - 6:00 PM.

Visitors can enjoy delicious Greek treats including lunch and dinner items and wonderful desserts. Held at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, 4121 O'Hara Drive in Vestal, dozens of volunteers help with cooking, baking and anything else needed.

Specialties include favorites like Mousaka, Spanikopita, Greek Chicken, , Pastitsio, Greek Salad, Dolmades and Chicken Kabobs.  Pastries include Floyeres, Kourambiedes, Koulouria, Finikia , "Honey Puffs" and Baklava.

Along with plenty of food visitors can enjoy Greek Beer and Wine.  On Friday and Saturday at 8:00 PM Whole Roasted Lamb will be featured. On Sunday Lamb Dinners will be offered.

Hellenic Dancers will entertain at various times.  There will be Greek Music and Dancing as well as a gift and jewelry area.  Parking is free and available in the rear of the church.  Shuttle Bus service is also available from the NYSEG Parking Lot throughout the weekend.
