Broome County is ready to sell tickets to the Greater Binghamton Air Show.

The show this year is the first in four years and is being underwritten by a sponsorship from Tioga Downs and other corporations.

Officials say admission tickets purchased before June 17 will be $12 for spectators 17 and older, $7 for children aged 8 to 16 years.  Gate admission is $15 for 17 and older and $10 for children 8 to 16.  Children under 7 years old are free.  On-site vehicle parking is $5.

Tickets are available online at www.flybgm.com/bgmairshow.  Sales at Mirabito stores will start May 14. Tickets can also be purchased at the Greater Binghamton Airport Administration offices.

The Air Show this year is Saturday, June 23 at the airport in the Town of Maine.  Gates open at 10 a.m.

The show will feature aerial acrobatics, unusual aircraft and a performance by the Army Golden Knights parachute unit.

Performances are from noon to 4 p.m.
