Beautiful weather over the weekend brought big crowds of people out to enjoy July Fest in Downtown Binghamton.  From the start on Friday afternoon through the close on Sunday afternoon Mother Nature cooperated and the festival enjoyed a big turnout.

The Music and Jazz entertainment was superb.  Featured evening entertainment included Terry Walker's Steely Dan Tribute Band "Dupree", Splash and the Black Lites R & B Show Band.  People danced and sang along with the music.

Just before 10:00 P.M. on Saturday the Black Lites wrapped up their set and a huge fireworks show lit up the skies over the downtown.  Not only did vendors fare well but restaurants all around Binghamton had big crowds for lunch and dinner.  The event brought people of all ages to the downtown area.  Many young adults took in the band performances and visited eating establishments around Court, State and Washington Streets.
