Grand Jury Indicts Sexual Assault Suspect

In a press release from the Office of the Broome County District Attorney's office (gobroomecounty.com) today (Wednesday) a Broome County Grand Jury handed up an indictment of Joseph A. Lombardo for Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child which is a Class A-ll Felony and Attempted Rape in the First Degree, a Class C felony.

Information included in the press release states that it is alleged that Lombardo committed sexual conduct against a child less than thirteen years of age.  Endicott Police and the Broome County District Attorney's Office personnel investigated the case and presented it to the Grand Jury.

The indictment was unsealed in Broome County Court on Wednesday.
