Working at Google is often considered the Holy Grail of employment, and no wonder — for the second time in three years, the company has been named the happiest place to work.

For its Bliss Leap Awards, job site CareerBliss asked American employees to rate 10 key “happiness factors” like work/life balance, work environment, pay, growth opportunities and company culture.

After falling out of the top spot last year, Google came roaring back, something Matt Miller, co-founder and chief technical officer of CareerBliss, attributes to the tech giant’s commitment to providing support and growth opportunities.

“Like any organization, company culture is always changing and adapting with new management, policies, and company growth,” he said. “Google tells an interesting story of how [a] dynamic workplace can change in just one year.”

Heidi Golledge, co-founder and CEO of CareerBliss, said, “A common thread amongst all our Bliss Leap Award winners is the desire to improve and continue to foster a positive and happier work environment.” Indeed — all of the Top 10 companies saw at least a 12 percent bump in employee happiness since 2011.
