Glen Aubrey Couple Arrested in Fugitive Search

Broome County Sheriff’s officials and the United States Marshal’s Regional Task Force say they have a Glen Aubrey couple in custody after searching for the woman for about seven months on a parole violation warrant from a previous criminal sale of a controlled substance charge.

43 year old Erin Suggs and 40 year old Jonathan Suggs were arrested May 23 on charges involving criminal sale of a controlled substance and hindering prosecution.

Authorities converged on a home on Leekville Road where they say they saw Erin Suggs inside.

The woman, who had been eluding capture since October of 2015, refused several commands to come out.

When officers went into the home, they came into contact with Jonathan Suggs who refused to cooperate and said he had no idea where his wife was.

Officers found the woman hiding under a blanket in a bedroom closet and took her into custody.

She is being held on a probation violation warrant.

Jonathan is charged with hindering prosecution.
