A 19-year-old Binghamton man has been indicted on murder and robbery charges in connection with the shooting death of Jamaal Moses.

Jonathan Garcia was indicted on two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree robbery and one count of criminal possession of a weapon.

Garcia is suspected of killing the 28-year-old Moses on February 14 near Lake Avenue and Merrill Street in Binghamton's First Ward.

Investigators have said Moses was shot several times. Garcia was taken into custody two days later in Florida.
