Fugitive Arrest in Delaware County

A Sayre, Pennsylvania man is being held as a fugitive from justice in Delaware County.

Sheriff’s officials say 28 year old Jeffrey Roberts was wanted for felony retail theft of property as well as several traffic offenses.

He was already being held in the Delaware County Jail on an unrelated charge.
