Frightful Weekend Fun Around the Tiers

There is no shortage of organized activities around the area to celebrate Halloween over the weekend.

A few of them include Highland's Halloween Happenings at The Town of Union's Highland Park on Hooper Road in Endwell October 29.  There will be trick or treating, face painting, Halloween crafts and children's pumpkin carving. Children will be judged on their pre-carved pumpkins that they will bring to the park by 5 p.m. Registration can be done at Highland Park and the free event goes from 4-6 p.m.

All Day October 29 at the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park, the animals will be playing with special treats like pumpkins in an enrichment day.

Sunday, October 30, the zoo hosts Cars & Coffee as well as Trunk or Treat from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Among other Trunk or Treats in the area, little monsters can grab candy out of cars at the Western Broome YMCA on Main Street in Westover October 29 from 5-8 p.m.
