Franklin Man Charged in Assault

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say a Franklin man is charged with felony assault in an altercation on Leland Hull Road in Franklin in August.

30 year old Randel Condon was arrested Wednesday, October 5 and accused of intentionally assaulting a person with a dangerous instrument.

Officials say Condon was released following his arraignment to wait for his next court appearance.
