Delaware County Sheriff’s officials are reporting four separate narcotics trafficking indictments over the past several days.

30 year old Gregory Shamus of Delhi is charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.  He is accused of selling quantities of heroin and cocaine in Delhi in August.

28 year old Cody Warner of Trout Creek is charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.  He is accused of selling fentanyl laced heroin in the Village of Walton in September.

31 year old Patrick Ford of Delancey is charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance. Ford is accused of selling Suboxone in Walton in early September.

38 year old Jennifer Fogliano of Masonville is charged with two counts of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.  She is accused of selling methamphetamine from her Town of Masonville home in August.  The charges have been filed against Fogliano as she was being held in the Delaware county Jail on unrelated charges.

All four are being held on the drug charges without bail.
