Four suspects are accused of removing a table top high chair from its box at the Cortlandville WalMart and stuffing over $2,000 worth of DVDs and Blu-Ray movies in the box.

Cortland County Sheriff's Office investigators say two of the suspects allegedly returned the box to the shelf before leaving the store. The pair then reportedly returned a short time later, retrieved the box and and left the store, driving off with the two other suspects.

Kevin and Debrah Washington, both of Syracuse, are charged with felony burglary and grand larceny as well as misdemeanor conspiracy. Shaun Washington of Liverpool is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession and driving without a license while William Sherman of Syracuse is charged with felony grand larceny and misdemeanors: conspiracy and marijuana possession.
