Forum Theater Fund-Raiser Featured on Southern Tier Close Up

On the May 3 edition of the weekly, local public affairs program, Southern Tier Close Up Binghamton Businessman, Ron Sall talks about the May 28 gala and performance to raise funds for Broome County's Forum Theater in Binghamton.

West Side Story, Something's Coming Tonight, is being hosted at the theater by the Friends of the Forum and starts off with food, wine and other beverages, continues with the performance in the theater and is capped off by deserts and more beverages after the show.

Sall, who is president of the Binghamton Business and Professional Association, also talks about the increasingly diverse arts scene in the region and the challenges of paying for improvements and just basic maintenance of a historic theater like the Forum.
