Pre-registration is being accepted for a program aimed at older drivers in the Twin Tiers and their families.

Project Coordinator for the Capital Region Older Driver Assistance Network, Rory Fluman will be presenting the program; To Drive or Not to Drive August 27 from 1-2:20 p.m. at the Broome County Public Library on Court Street, Binghamton, hosted by Broome County Office for Aging.

The program is designed to help people determine if their loved one has an actual problem driving or if they are over-reacting.

Common warning signs of unsafe driving will be discussed along with options for dealing with the situation and obligations of medical professionals and others who may detect an issue.
